Terms & Conditions of Business All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT but include all, handouts, certificatation etc. Payment should be made at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the course or by return if the course booking is less than 21 days prior to the date of the training. Abacus Training & Development Reserves the right to refuse admittance to delegates for whom the course fee has not been paid. Attending a Abacus Training & Development Course is no guarantee of employment within the care industry. Refunds will be made as follows for cancellations received in writing:- At least 21 days prior to course –100% of cost 7-21 days prior to course – 75% of cost Less than 7 days prior to course – 25% of cost Failure to attend, without notice, will result in the full course fees being applied. Candidate substitutions may be made at any time on all courses. We reserve the right to amend fees and modify course materials or substitute trainers without notice. For all late payments we will charge £40 per invoice and 12% interest from the date the invoice is due for payment as per the Late payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act of 1998
